Before our previous hard drive decided to die 
and take all my links with it to the grave, I had a brilliant little piece of flash (?) that I could drag the wind direction and speed at each level and then work out the shear....this image is taken from that, but I can't find the little flash program I used to use...does anyone by any chance have the link? It's from Penn State but I can't track it down...
