Avatar signatures

I've noticed some members have personal signatures under their avatars. How do you do this? I can't find a setting in my control panel for an avatar signature. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Go where you edit profile setting Shane, it's right on top there "Custom member title"

On your Control Panel, click on Edit Profile Information.

Enter your desired phrase/signature in the column named "Custom Member Title". It should be the first inputtable-box on the list.
