Any info on Plaquemines Parish, Venice LA?

St. Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes...only rooftops are visible.

And it seems that is a best-case scenario. The southern end of Plaquemines is reportedly completely submerged and many say completely lost. Same with Grand Isle. Not even the levee can be seen from the air.
