Val Castor is reporting powerflashes from a possible tornado IN or very near Lahoma, moving due east which puts Enid right in the path of the storm!

Don't know if this link will work or not, but it is a zoomed animated loop and it looks like a bullwhip cracking with that inflow notch. Think it is going to go just north of Enid.

Don't understand the "due east" movement reported, from what I see on radar.

Very strong couplet near Hillsdale right now as seen on BV32 from KVNX. This is an interesting evolution, as the circulation is well embedded in heavy precipitation, well to the NE of the primary hook echo that's residing W of Enid. Heck, the embedded circulation looks much better than the circulation associated w/ the hook echo!

That is an interesting evolution! The circulation was only ~700 ft off the ground with a deltaV of about 80 kts. Presumably, this feature was a tornado, given its proximity to the radar. Also, it's interesting to note that the circulation barely moved as it neared Hillsdale. Perhaps it was occluding in that area? Very strange...

Val Castor reporting a multi-vortex tornado 1.5 miles west of Kremlin at 1:38 a.m.

EDIT: Unconfirmed report of large tornado, 3/4 mile in diameter.

Yeah, it's hard to tell what's going on, the News 9 chasers are all getting concerned. FWIW the velocity signature just really really tightened up.

Val says there may be a satellite tornado.

New circulation developing 5 miles ESE of Pond Creek at 2:24 a.m. This circulation is forming in a similar manner to earlier circulations that produced tornadoes across northern Oklahoma this evening. Additionally, hail should be gigantic -- reflectivity is >70 dBz just east of Pond Creek.

FYI, the earlier Kremlin tornado appeared to be ~1/2 mile wide (based on the vid caps from Val Castor).

Yep, it's wrapping up again. It's amazing looking at composite reflectivity, just how wide the 65-75 dBZ area is - it's HUGE!

Also, it appears to be trying to jog east a bit. News 9 people say they've got a wall cloud.
