Wild isolated thunderstorms formed in the afternoon in SE and Central FL. A supercell with a likely microburst affected Stuart, FL.

Measured winds of 97 MPH. Major damage to structures at Stuart airport and many planes flipped over. Thats a hell of a microburst wind!!

NWS JAX has confirmed an EF2 tornado in the Lake City area, which has resulted in 1 direct death from a tree falling onto a mobile home and an indirect death to a power surge of some sort. This came from a recent LSR from JAX. Several other tornadoes confirmed in FL today including another EF2 in the Keaton Beach area...
