Wow....sounds like a group of chasers just took a direct hit north of Beloit somewhere. Doug Mitchell said he and 5-6 cars were following an elephant trunk and it appeared to lift, but didn't...condensation funnel had lifted, and their windows are gone but they are okay.
 
I think the show is over for here around omaha but looks a little interesting south yet. Cold air has filled in and i think everything will dissipate soon.. im a downer i know":o
 
It seems like the southeastern most circulation has regained strength and is heading toward Courtland, in western Republic county, KS.

Good news- Doug and Jordan were just in Jewell, most damage they can see is just tree branches down, no structure damage.

Darin's out of gas and had to break off.
