MAJOR winter storm event now unfolding for much of the Pacific Northwest, from the Canadian border, through Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Several Blizzard Warnings posted as well.
As far as here in the immediate Seattle area, could see as much as 1' in the outlying foothills, with 2-6" near the waters in greater Seattle.
In addition, coldest temps in a few years are forecast as well.
Should make for some fun snow play in the mountains... expecting 3' + in many areas!
