Tornado watch is in effect until 9 p.m for numerous counties in NY and NJ, including Bergen and Hudson Counties, where I'm located, as well as parts of Connecticut.

Two intense cells have popped out behind the line in extreme SC NJ. Both of them have mesos. With the very high, low level shear, I would not be surprised to see a quick spin up.
