Wx radar app

Is there a users manual for the Wx radar app other than the info in the app? I am trying to get it to follow me to my current location and can't seem to find out how to do that. Thanks.

What is the full name of the "wx radar app"?

Tap the '3 dots' icon in the lower right
Select ' Settings'
Select 'Radar'
Then check the box by 'Location marker follows GPS'

(I haven't actually used the feature myself, but this is how you enable it)
