What time stamp do you use on your cameras?

I was thinking the other day...because I had forgot to switch my camera date codes back from Day Light Savings time....maybe I should just set them to UTC

What do you set your video and digital cameras to regarding the time stamp....Local Time or Universal Coordinated Time (UTC, Zulu, GMT, etc.)

Im with Jason on this one. Although, i too forgot to set my camera back, guess i ought to do that sometime.
