Typhoon 4

Here comes Typhoon 4. Supposed to be start arriving Friday night. Maybe I should post this in the forecast forum?

Anyways, I am going to try to get some video and keep it posted. I live next to a reporting station, so I hope I can get the guys to give me the data to match up with the video. It won't be very exciting video, no breaking windows, flying cows, or ferocious storm surge, because those things just don't happen in Okinawa. Most likely the typhoon won't come close at all. But regardless, I will try to catch something and post it.

Be sure to keep us posted on typhoon 04W. The latest guidance has it passing just to your west as it appears now so you will be on the strong side of the storm. Im sure you are aware that the next typhoon is brewing SW of Guam right now and is progged to head toward Taiwan or maybe your general direction next week.
August and September are the most active months for Okinowa typhoon hits so this maybe an early sign that you will be the target of several typhoons this year.
