From the last that I heard, the SPC isn't moving until next fall/winter; I assume that they are targeting next winter's convective minimum.

I don't know exactly when the SPC is moving, but the current schedule has the building ready for move-in sometime in May. The WFO and SPC will likely be the last two groups to move in. The WFO move begins in early August.
