Just as a heads-up, I couldn't resist posting this. One of the chasers on my canadianprairiestorms yahoo group has a photo of a UFO cloud. It is incredible and I suggested that he post it here as well as TheWeatherNetwork. It might be posted later today however everyone is charging their batteries up for another big day today, west of Saskatoon. We now have over 130 members on the group! It has been an historic year for storm chasing in Saskatchewan. By far this has been the most active year for chasers around here. I personally have seen at least two tornadoes, piles of hail a foot deep, insane wall clouds, shelf clouds, gustnados, white-outs, lighting of a lifetime (more than once!) and many, many scary moments. It is chilling to think that the season is barely half over. I've posted a ton of video on google and yahoo automatically catches them under the search term "saskatoonscanner". I suggest you guys take a close look at what is happening...

First pic of that shelf cloud looks marvelous, Jared! 8) You all have fun up there. As for me, I'll chase mirages mistaking them for wet roads. :p

Thanks,

There is a lot more where that came from. Manitoba is now cleaning up from the same system that tornadoed the crap out of another lake resort, killing at least one, injuring dozens and there may be missing persons as well. Today, central Ontario has a high risk with tornadoes already reported and warnings are up at this time!!!!!!!!
