RAOBs FTP download site

Is there a location on the web to download RAOBs data in line format? I looked on NCEP and couldnt really find anything useful. I found the map where you can select a site on the University of Wyoming page, but I dont want to have to interact with a webpage, would rather have something that I could go to an FTP site and download from 2 different dates.

Also was interested in downloading RUC GRIBs.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
