• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

I was very sadened when I learned that Pykl3 was closing shop. After being with it since it started. Really surprised Joe doesnt want to sell the rights to someone to keep this program growing. I also like wX and have made suggestions to Joshua about things, that would be great and replicate Pykl3. Are you working on wX with Josh?

I been running network sniffer and found out what server was it. It was that second server that was mentioned in the changelog in the last update. only way is backup your preferences then downgrade to the apk from the pykl3radar.com
my version was 2.9.1.6.3 the version on pykl3radar.com is 2.9.1.5.0

I just went to the pykl3 site and saw updates,
you could just remove 3rd party stuff from your source code.

btw pykl3 quit working on me because of SSL thing.
I have https enabled in my settings...
not working for me.

I am glad I have new app running.
I am trying to get the conus radar to work in my app.

I switched to https in PYKL3, restarted, and it's displaying the radar data on mine.

Well, it partially works. It downloads new data and displays it, but you can't build a loop immediately on starting it up or changing to a different radar. It won't fill in previous volume scan slices when pressing the play icon. It will, however, build a loop as new slices come in.

Did you guys do anything special other then click the HTTPS tab?
Not working on this end and I know of 1 other person having an issue with it.

The only thing I did after changing to https was restart my phone. I don't think that is needed, just restarting the app, but I did it anyway.
