Not Receving Password Reset Email

Hi,

I got a new phone and need to login to Spotternetwork on Radarscope.

Each time I request email to reset password, I don't receive the email.
My username nor my email address has changed. I'm simply not receiving the email.

I am a Cloud System Architect for an international steel company, so if I can't reset my password.....there is a big problem. I was wondering do you have DMARC, DKIM, and SPF configured? I use Gmail for my spotternetwork acct and I know Gmail is enforcing DMARC now.

I went storm chasing in Mississippi last week and my team was unable to track me. I plan on chasing again Sunday.....so I need this fixed ASAP.
