I've been making these myself on StreetAtlas using the lat/lon pairs in the NHC updates, and the wind radii in the forecast discussions:

Previous tracks are in blue, active (most recent) track is in red. Outer circle is beginning of CAT1 winds. Inner circle is the eye. Middle circle is est. "core" of strongest (CAT3+) winds.

Most of the loops on the Internet are Java, which works flaky on my laptop. This is one of the good Javascript versions (well, the only decent one I can find):
