As you have previously noted, you couldn't really include all of Andover in your recent book. Of course, that's OK. I enjoyed your book far more than I thought I would, given the title, which oftentimes, the titles are picked out by the editors.

The first draft of "Warnings" would have run more than 500 pages in book form. Both the editors and I agreed it was too long. Unfortunately, Andover was shortened considerably.
