Since we're discussing weather in the long range I'd thought I'd start a thread about the possibilities of a severe event setting up in the central plains mon and tue next week on the 13th and 14th. I'm not a stellar forecaster but it looks to me that a chase day looks possible after next weekend up here in Nebraska and Iowa. This would be perfect since I'll be on spring break. I started this thread because I'm a beginning met major and I'm not great at forecasting yet so I'd like to get some feedback and hear the thoughts of more experienced chasers/meteorologists on this subject.
