Actually, I just received word that it's going to be March 29 over the Ohio Valley/Gulf region...
 
My guess, it'll be the day of the Nextel Cup race in Fort Worth, TX...which would put it around mid-April. It seems every time the Cup guys go there, there is a significant risk of severe weather in the Ft Worth area.

Otherwise, I say it'll be somewhere in AR, LA, MS, TN, AL and GA the first two weeks of April.

Ecluding the prototypical midwestern high wind-in-a-metreopolitan-area-type high risks, I'll say there will be NO high risks for violent tornado outbreaks in 2005.
