European and other Non USA tornado video

The British video was interesting to me for these reasons:

1. Their use of 100mph (I wonder why they didn't use 160kph)

2. The witness saying it felt like Florida (I wonder if he was through a hurricane or two, because that's certainly not too often like Florida, that is, for a tornado to often come through, as aren't most waterspouts that come ashore or tropical cyclone associated?)

We still use miles over here for distances (well, most do!).
