I'm still looking for a killer radar app for the Droid. Any thoughts?
Are the data plotted in polar coordinates?I just saw this app: http://www.androidcentral.com/quick-app-radar-now

A new app was posted today in the Android market which to me is essential! The Sholes Mod Updater (or SMUpdater as it's called in the market) is up for a measly $5 and is well worth it. As long as your phone is rooted already, this app is a 1 click solution to giving you free wifi tether, multi touch, finally a flick-able photo gallery, music player with cover flow, and the ability to over clock your processor. I got my Droid now clocked to a full 1ghz and it is screaming. The wifi tether works flawlessly as well which I am going to use for mobile data this year. Anyway, its a great solution for anyone looking to deck their Android phone out that doesn't know how to code in Unix (such as myself) Highly recommended and a steal at $5!
What phone do you have? I am a couple weeks new with the Andriod OS as I have Sprint's HTC Hero. So far, love it!!!

I went and messed around with one the other day and man is that thing fast! Screen to screen was very quick. Internet pages loaded really fast, and the camera was excellent. Only thing I didn't like was that it felt kind of plastic-ish like it wouldn't be very durable. I like my Moto Droid in that sense because it feels sturdier. Anyway, nice to hear a good review so far. If I were eligible for upgrade I might snag one up but I'm going to see what the Moto Shadow is going to offer this summer...Got mine today and love it. It's my first smart phone and I've been spending the past few hours just learning how to use it and downloading free apps. I'll be downloading some of the different radar apps soon and will give feedback. I just found out I can watch NFL games on this thing too, pretty sweet!
