Remenants of Frances are forecasted to possibly move northwestward into this area by Thursday. The center of the low pressure should be just north of Indainapolis by Sep 9th. The CPC predicts heavy rain and a few tornadoes for this area. Discuss.

The Climate Prediction Center is not known for their meso-scale forecasting skills - I find it hard to believe we'll be looking at tornadoes in the Great Lakes at that point...
