I don't know if I would give it quite a 10... everyone needs one of these:

Easy way to prevent tilted horizons. Many tripods also have built in levels. I have a small bubble leveling mount that attaches below my tripod head that can level up to 15degrees or so. A must have.

Tilted horizon? Aaron, that's a rare Minnesota hillside! :D The train track in the immediate foreground is parallel, so the photographer is on the level.

I nominate the Tornado with Yellow Eyes (even if they are headlight reflections) for the Scariest Storm Image thread...
