6/21/08 DISC: IL/IN/OH/IA/KS/MO/NE/TX

Was watching Sox/Cubs game (It is like a holiday around here) and heard thunder so I fired up GR3 and to my surprise a nice little cell was popping up directly above my house. This little storm was actually a potent pea to dime sized hail producer! Heavy rain and hail fell for about 5-10 minutes.

6/21/08 DISC: TX

Mods can add TX to this. Had a weak front and outflow boundary collide with the sea breeze just suth of Houston this afternoon causing a brief spinnup near Pearland, TX. Local ABC affiliate received some pictures and video of the funnel cloud. No report of it touching down, but it looked pretty close.
