CoD is on a storm with 65Kft tops! Now is TOR warned.
Tops just collapsed a bit, is that the RFD dropping?

That storm that Verne and Phelps are on is absolutely spectacular. You can get much more beautiful than this. Great explanation on the chase cam Phelps.
Yeah, the original supercell is looking for its own new inflow. There are about 4 cellular storms in that area now. The original "Garden City" storm has turned a total of 270 degrees since it initiated, now moving in a westerly direction.
Just a mesoscale paradise on the dryline today.
Yep, fascinating stuff. Almost looked to me like those 2 cells did a little fujiwhara type dance around each other... Except as far as I know there is no such effect between rotating storms, only for hurricanes. So the question is, what kept the cells from merging?
Nice rotating comma head in Edwards county, just ENE of DDC.
What happens if the boundary layer decouples and the southward moving supercell that took over the former Garden City cell stops moving and then starts drifting east right over Sublette? Now that could be serious trouble on top of the 4.25" hail and torrential rain they received.
