Tornado Watch 262 issued covering most of east Texas and western Lousiana. Houston now under a tornado warning with some structural damage being reported to the north in the Segno and Livingston areas from earlier this morning. Rotation can be seen on the cell hauling east on I-10. Another area of interest developing SE of Houston, movement is to the NE at 25mph for both.
