Thats exactly what I have tried to convey to people. THis is the panhandle. It doesnt take mid 60's to get good tornaods. Mid-50's in april are just fine. If it was mid to late May the 60s but not in april.

Great chase day for many but very bad day for many residence with all the damage in Tulia and Cactus.

What did surprise me today was that it didnt line out north of I-40 as quickly as I had figured. I expected a line 2 hrs after initiation. I knew the souther storms would remain isolated longer.
