Watching strong mid-level convection firing off from the Black Hills, currently moving NNE visible here in Rapid City. I notice there are some welcome 64F dewpoints in the SE of SD.

Noticing a number of chasers in the vicinity.. good luck to all!

I am sitting in Borger, TX currently eating lunch and their are numerous towers beginning to go up. A couple are beginning to show up on GR3 as well. They seem to be holding together pretty well, but I am prolly just going to wait here to it looks a little better though.

Currently sitting off of I-40 SE of panhandle texas watching a storm off to our NW trying to get itself organized. The storm actually looks to be rapidly strengthening.

Waiting here at home in Winnipeg, MB for initiation along the warm front just to our south. Dews in the low 60s could make for the first svr this year in srn MB.

Sitting in MClean probably might head up twoards pampa. New SPC took out tornado potential all together for TC Pan Handle. They may be anticipating a cold pool or to much outflow dominat storms coming out on this. I dont know will play around since im here.

Sitting in White Deer checking data. Largetower that was forming to my SW was very high based and quickly died. Line of uninteresting storms to the west.

That storm doesn't look to be doing much of anything on radar, Ray.

Yeah, that stuff flew off the DL and didn't even come close to getting rooted. Everyone should be watching the AMA radar loops. The DL is real obvious. It was also interesting to see how the stuff going e'wrd into the PH from NM intensified when it crashed into some other bdry advecting n'wrd near Dumas/Channing.

At home Grand Forks, ND playing the wait and see game. Cu starting to pop sw of Bismarck where convergence and low-level CAPE maximized. Initiation shouldn't be too far away. I won't get there but am watching a subtle boundary from near Minot to a little north of Fargo. LFC comming down fast in esatern ND but still some CIN to erode. A marginal tornado set-up and thinking Rugby-Devils Lake area has the best change of getting one. DCAPE values also quite high in central ND and spreading east so I expect some storms capable of wind damage if nothing else.

...and then it immediately laid down an OFB that is going to crash into the DL in the next 20-25 minutes. I can't wait to see what happens then. Angie's headed for Miami. She'll let me know!

Currently positioned just southwest of Winnipeg, watching some rather high cloud tops on regional satellite blossom south of Brandon. The front is due to move westward towards Winnipeg by dark, but we aren't waiting.

It's going to be good for some awesome lightning pics, at the very least.

Good luck, everyone.

Under the cell just E. of Borger. Thought it was the best option as it is on the tail end of the line. Outflow dominant, but a few times it looked like it was going to get it together, only to gust out each time. Going to stay with it as it tracks towards Pampa.

Currently positioned in Morden, Manitoba. A large line of storms is moving in from the southwest, with some healthy reflectivity readings.

As of five minutes ago, the area is now under a tornado watch.
