Mini supercells spawned at least 7 tornadoes in Illinois on 1/3, the northernmost one only the third January tornado in the NWS Chicago forecast area since 1950. No reports yet here although @Danny Neal shared a shot of the Gibson City tornado with the NWS. Synopsis of the event:
