I'm about 80% confident I saw a weak tornado in Vanceburg, Kentucky on Tuesday. This feature was located coincident to a velocity couplet in the inflow notch of the storm. It produced an audible roar (which you can hear in the video) as well as minor tree damage. A bowl-shaped lowering was present.

The reason I'm not 100% sure is due to the possibility of the roar/winds being a strong RFD surge.
