Looking for someone experienced willing to let me tag along. Was able to chase a good bit this year until me and my partner had a close call back on April 26. I am looking for a ride for the next 7-10 days. May 28- about June 4, maybe 8th? My Subaru is in the shop.
I live in NE Norman, and am willing to split gas costs, as long as your ride gets a decent 20+mpg.
Maybe a Prius?
I have 30 yrs experience and can share some lightning photo tips, as I'd like to shoot after sunset
if something worthy. I'll go till sunrise, but won't by any means insist on it. I have a laptop w/ GPS
and a lot of shortcasting and skyreading experience. I'd like to stay within 200-250 mi of norman
due to costs. But a siggy tor of 5 and storm speeds of 20mph, and UA support through the night,
will get me to Amarillo.

I understand that this is a thread for this year but my husband and I are looking for possibly some veteran chasers to chase with in 2012. We are new to chasing and would like to have someone help us learn the ropes. We will have our own car and equipment so we would probably be better off tagging along with another car. We live in Arkansas but would consider chasing in TX, KS, and OK. The closer the better. If anyone fits this "profile" please send me a message.
