A marginal day for convection tomorrow night across central Kansas. 800 to 600 hPa lapse rates steepen between 20.00Z and 20.06Z tomorrow night with elevated cape above 850 hPa (~1300 J/KG per 19.00Z NAM). Low 50 Tds at the surface. Plenty of 0-6km shear around 70-80 knots. Probably not severe but an opportunity for lightning photography. Can't complain for February.
