On July 29, 1976, a storm produced 4 tornadoes in Pennsylvania.
The first 3 are well documented, however the last one gets lost.
A description doesn't appear in Storm Data (the available copy), I've only gotten a description from NWS State College Tornado Database and I think it came from a old copy of Storm Data.
The actual tornado does show up in the Storm Events Database luckily.
