This looks kind of like a mesovortice situation. Brief, rain wrapped tornadoes all the way down the line. Then a new one forms a few miles up from that one. Not a good situation for people in Defiance and outlying areas.
Also looks like the Ft.Wayne radar is missing in action. Radar hasn't updated yet the warnings are across the state line. I think lightning took it out.
