WXWorx Aviation Package

I know Mike U uses the Marine package for WX Worx, but has anyone used the aviation version? According to the site, many of the options vital to chasing (radar, SFC obs) are included with this package as well. However, if I were to hook up a GPS unit, would it work just the same, or is there a big enough difference? What about the equipment? All the same as well (list below)?
