The link you listed is correct now. I'm guessing that the point and click forecast indicated 0 for the highs and lows, or something like that? We send the NDFD database to the website every 3 hours, or when forecast updates are made. If the rsync process fails, for whatever reason, then the database on the website gets corrupt, resulting in missing data. So no, the forecasts are not manually typed, and are created from the digital forecast grids, but will show bad data if the rsync process is interrupted.
