Wasn't Expecting This

Last Tuesday, July 26 @ approximately 7:15 PM, I noticed a somewhat impressive looking cell to the northwest of Mankato Minnesota where I live.
Figured I could intercept it north of Cleveland Minnesota. There were no warnings/watches in effect, so I wasn't expecting much. I figured at the very least I could film some nighttime lightning, & if that didn't work out, I'd only be about 40 miles from Mystic Lake Casino.

Approximately an hour later, I was filming this.
Here's a screen capture of severe weather reports for Minnesota that day.

Funnel clouds reported in Silver Lake & Hutchinson, but those 2 locations would've been about 40 miles NW of where I was filming ?

I usually film the radar from my phone while I'm observing a storm, but I forgot to bring it along that night.
Is there a site where I can see a full radar replay from that day ?

If you have RadarScope or RadarOmega with top tier subscription you can reload radar images from select dates and times.
Thanks Will.
I just visited the Omega site. Sent them an email with a couple questions. With a top-tier subscription, can you reload a radar loop, or just still images ?

To answer your question Steve with RadarOmega and RadarScope you can loop or play it 1 still at a time with different radar tilts. I sent you a DM with a screenrecording showing the area you had in question over a 126 image loop showing reflectivity and velocity.

It's been a long day, so I could be overlooking something, but I don't see any direct message ?

FYI - If you are just an occasional user of archived radar data, the free tool here might work: Radar Data (noaa.gov)

If you want more detailed radar data you can access it for free here: Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD) | National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) (noaa.gov) (use the inventory link to request the data (or use the AWS big data site linked there) and the use the Weather and Climate Toolkit liked their to display the data).

Thanks Randy.
I'll look into it, but probably won't have time until Thursday.

Go to the main section of the forums where you can see the chat room at top of page. In the chat room you will see Private Conversations, I sent the message there to you.
