Unable to load SN Reports Feed

I have the latest version of GRlevel3 running on three computers of mine, two on personal laptops and one on a desktop, I am able to get the SN Reports feed to work fine on one of the laptops and the desktop where I can see the icons and see the reports as they come in, but on my chasing laptop, I cannot get the SN Report feed to work and just says "Could not load 'https://www.spotternetwork.org/feeds/reports.txt'"

Wondering what could be the cause of this and why the feed won't work on this particular laptop/version of GRLevel3.

I will also note the "Spotter Network Positions" feed is fine and never had issues with that.
