SN showing me inactive

when I'm logged into SN on desktop, and pull the google earth feed, for whatever reason it always shows me inactive. I will show up on radarscope feeds, but I dont know what it shows when clicked on... and I believe I show on radaromega feeds, although that's my current app of choice and they don't support integration with SN yet.

I guess my question is, where does it allow me to change my status from inactive to active? Does this option even exist?

AFAIK there isn’t a way to manually change your status. Normally what you should see when clicking your SN icon is the contact information you’ve listed on the SN website.

Yeah, the active/inactive status is just based on the last time you sent location information. If it’s more than an hour old, you go inactive.
