The app does not show up for me on the google play store. I've tried a couple new and a couple old android devices. When I check on a web browser it tells me no eligible devices for app install.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?
 
Looks like this app is not compatible with newer android software 12 and above. Are we getting an update anytime soon?
