Training Shows not Completed

Hi, I completed the training but when I log in, it still says not passed on my dashboard. I have logged out and back in, cleared my cache and cookies, restarted my browser, and it still shows as not passed. How can I remedy this?

I used the same email for the training site as I did for the Spotter Network site as well.

I notified our SN support that your thread was overlooked. Seems like it could be related to the database work that was ongoing a few days ago.

Hi Kacie, Right now your issue has us stumped, if it's okay with you, we'd like to keep looking into this to see what the root cause is. We had an issue about a month ago with training records not syncing over but that has been resolved and training for others has come forward so not quite sure what's happening here. I'll be sure to follow up when we know more!
