It has become extremely apparant that there is a total lack of communications support for this disaster. The Federal authorities, the military, and other agencies have multi-channel systems that are either not being used, or not being allowed to be used. When the entire affected area in the state of Louisiana is operating on one frequency....and it is sporatic at best, especially in the city...there are serious issues.
