My computer is old and can't deal with PDF files.

Could someone go to the Amarillo NWS page and enter the May 2007 Storm Data page and see if there's a tornado confirmed on May 23 13 miles WSW of Lipscomb, TX at around 6:40pm (23:40Z). If anyone could do this and PM me with their findings I'd be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.

Looks like there was a confirmed tornado at 2156Z, then the next confirmed tornado was at 0250Z on 5-24.
