What values for SFC-3km wind shear are desirable for tornadic storms ?

Remember that you can still have significant tornadoes in environments with weaker shear than one might hope for, as other factors work to compensate. Though llvl shear has become important in tornado forecasting, it is still just a single element in the bigger picture.
