That's not info they publish in advance - did the author respond to you? Might bounce to the SPC SOO if he didn't.

If it is tornado data you are looking for, 2007 data has already been added to the Tornado History Project http://www.tornadohistoryproject.com/tornado.php. All of the data there is based on the SPC historical archive.
