Reported Thundersnow

I noticed another thread about thundersnow but it basically was asking questions about taking pics of thundersnow. Ive been looking for a site about the chances of witnessing this event occur. I live in southwest Missouri near Joplin and last week about Wed night or early Thursday morning , somewhere around midnight I witnessed lightning while it was snowing! Awesome! That Tuesday the temps reached about 65 degrees and stormy, wednesday came with cooler temps and ice , later on it turned over to snow, and this is when I witnessed it. This is the second time I witnessed it , the first time we were driving from Colorado and just started to enter Kansas while it was snowing and we witnessed it lightning while snowing.
