I got a pleasant surprise, as an impulse on the back side of the upper low that had finally moved east from NM rotated in and brought another round of thundersnow to the mountains above Santa Fe. And I was there to observe it and get video of it. That makes four times in a week - a personal record! Here is the video:
Actually, it would have been worthwhile to drive up there even if the thundersnow had not materialized, to see the deep accumulations of snow from the days of stormy weather earlier in the week.
