Report switched from rotating to non Roating wall cloud

So 6-14-19 I was out storm spotting in central Wisconsin. Got on a storm, with a rotating wall cloud, pulled up spotter network and reported as such with a summary of what I was seeing. I double checked my report before submitting the report. When I went back later to my report history, my report had somehow switched to a non rotating wall cloud, and now I have I bad report and am in Jeopardy of being banned from reporting. This is very upsetting to me.. I take this seriously, and I am really not sure what happened.. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Or is this some freak thing?

You would never be banned for that - if you reported a lightning strike as a tornado that's a different story There have been some database issues from time to time. Did you use an app or the SN website?

I was using the website. Like I said I double checked everything, and when I saw that I was like what the heck happened? I have the rapid report app as well, but I found it easier to use web that day
