Question about reports showing up with no information

I'm a relatively new member. The signup / testing process makes it clear that any reports submitted must have important and relevant information. I've seen alot of reports recently that have an event of "other" and no other information, or the info is along the lines of "what it's not doing" like the one below that says
"Other
No damage or injuries to report"
That seems to be the opposite of what we should be reporting. Just sort of wondering if the reports get relevant when there's severe weather, or if there's information in reports like the one above that for some reason doesn't get displayed on the main SN page.

The SN webpage is showing winter weather reports as "other" and leaving out the details that were submitted. It's just a display issue - if you look at the report on GR3 or related you'll see the details.
